What follow is a way use either a postscript compatable
printer or turboprint with ghostscript with Ibrowse2.
1 Go to ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/type/win/all/afmfiles/base17
and download files from directories .1, .2., .4.
2. Rename files as such:
com_____.afm as courier.afm
cob_____.afm as courier-bold.afm
coo_____.afm as courier-oblique.afm
cobo____.afm as courier-boldoblique.afm
hv______.afm as helevita.afm
hvb_____.afm as helevicta-bold.afm
hvo_____.afm as helevicta-oblique.afm
hvbo____.afm as helevicta-boldoblique.afm
tir_____.afm as times-roman.afm
tib_____.afm as times-bold.afm
tii_____.afm as times-italic.afm
tibi____.afm as times-bolditalic.afm
3. Copy these new fonts to a drawer called sys:fonts/postcript
or whereever you want.
4. In Ibrowse2 use menu "preferences/settings/fonts"
(note click on the + sign infront of HTML to expand it)
5. Click on the postscript tab and and enter your new
postscript file location in the Font files: requester.
6. Use menu "document/print". Change print mode to Postscript.
7. If you are using turboprint with ghostscript do not print
to printer rather print to file and put the name PS: in
the requester
8. If you have Turboprint correctly installed, then click on
"print" and a hardcopy of your Ibrowse2 window
will magically appear from your printer.
8. Fuss with all the postscript settings to tweak the printout.
9. If the above doesn't work then debug ghostscript per the
manual making sure you can print the examples in the manual.
